Mine contains:
Whey protein
Protein80 (Caseine protein)
Xtargo (Something like vitargo but cheaper)
Milty vits
Vitamin C

Yup, Walmart. I also have more than that now but all the big stuff like supercharged and vitargo is gone and has been replaced.

I've hear of vitargo being healthy and awesome, I'll check up on it and see wut it does. After m-drol, all I wanna take now is healthy stuff like zma,vitargo, multi,bcaa,shit like that.

I would take it while your on m-drol. Its a carb that you take right after working out and your body digests it extremely fast. It rushes nutrients into your muscles.

Ive used it for several months now and I'm really pleased with it. Before that I used dextrose along with my whey pwo.
