Misused by the majority of trainees, people like to claim lifts with straps like they mean something (can't hold it can't lift it), every single gym strut-er wears them like it makes them hardcore...... I can keep going.

That's true. I'm afraid I am in that group of guys though. But I had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands so I need all the help I can get sometimes.

Well I guess I am one of them. I cant do romanian deads with the weight I use or barbell rows. If I want to train my grip thats one thing. I think its a helpful too.

Interesting review on the LGs product, i never used any of their supps before, i wish i had the chance in the past to try out their now banned PHs.

Im gonna order my next pair of lifting straps when my cotton schiek ones break, sooner or later. i only use straps, gloves, on my last 2 sets, or last 1 set if 3 sets.

Well, i only have my eye on one thing so far, i currently added in the supplement section that im looking for a good fat burner to aid in my upcoming cycle ( in about 28 days from now ). I checked out LG's site, noticed the GH booster IGH etc, but not for me, was told by some chump it would help burn fat but its a GH booster, but i did see that Speed V2, right now im taking just pure caffeine, but mostly before and at work but on my days off where i do more intense training i cut back, thats where i want to put the fat burner into play and slowly decrease the pure caffeine caps.

Speed V2 looks good, newer product to me, and LGs got some good stuff from what i've heard
