60 years old starting to get serious about training being more consistent a friend of mine mentioned a coach is it worth the investment anyone have insight on this I just want to get in shape not looking to go to the Olympia or anything thank you guys

Yes, a coach can be worth it even if you just want to get in shape. At 60, having someone guide you helps with accountability, consistency, nutrition and the actual exercises! If you an find a good coach at your gym it is worth every dollar!

I had a trainer for awhile. Taught me alot.
