I'm 5'10 170lbs workout 5 days a week and am pretty active on most days 12k-15k steps. Eating 2000 cals a day. I'm currently taking 1 scoop Sports Research Whey Protein, 2 tablets of Orange triad multi vitamin, 2400mg fish oil, 400mg Ashwsgandha, 600mg Fadogia agrestis, 400mg Tongkat Ali, 5g of Glutamine, 5g creatine, 5g BCAA 2:1:1, 5g Collagen. Just seeing thoughts on if this is good for someone looking to stay between 12-15% body fat.
