- Had to fix a few technical mistakes. Other wise I would not be box squatting on DE.

B. Bulgarian DB Split Squat (w/ added ROM) Front Leg Elevated

C. RDL

8 / 120 kg
- Same style as SLDL but apparently it is RDL.

D. DB Side Bends
