I have heard a lot of people say that consuming unfried/unboiled eggs is the best practice if you want to achieve the best athlete's body. I don't know if this is true. Is there anyone here with facts concerning the same?

No, I believe boiled eggs are the best because you get all the proteins you need. It is cooked without any additional fats and is the best for nourishing muscles to grow.

I think consuming raw eggs is a myth. It's also unhealthy. Eggs need to be cooked and the best way is to boil them or cook scrambled eggs.

The outer egg shell might contain bacteria and other germs that might harm the body. It's always safe to boil the eggs before we eat. And boiled eggs are easy to digest compared to raw eggs.
