His hams look MASSIVE, his upper body even bigger than usual, his arms are out of this wolrd (don't know why, reminds me of Fedorov in that area)...

hes triceps improved a lot, fucking beast, he must do anything he can to get more calves and get those hams dry
and pray a lot to get a little better lowerback, but oh well..

You know what I like about Wolf's offseason shape? You can still see muscle seperation within muscles, especially in his delts. Unlike Jay, who smooths out and just kinda blobs his muscle bellies.
