"You cannot overtrain, you can only undereat" - Layne Norton.

What can I take to strengthen my immune system from the brutal workouts of HIT?

Well... there's food. If you're overtraining, the chances of you quickly recovering and being in a consistent adrenal/epinephric state is highly unlikely, it takes time. Your neuroendocrine's systematic fluctuation in hormonal activity is reaching exhaustion, and the only way to recoop would be to: a) deload, take a week or two off if it doesn't inflict with your regime or b) create a large inclination of calories, not just protein.

Remember, for the most part over-reaching mainly affects the neurological system, apposed to the actual muscles themselves. If you're constantly going to failure, hold off that. If you're lengthening the eccentric portion of your reps, speed it up.

Hope this helps!
