In all honesty, people should not be voting for themselves. This is the VIP's most respected members. So you voting for yourself is saying that you respect yourself more than the other members mentioned above? How is that respectful or deserving of respect? I agree. If everybody voted for themselves, we should have a tie of one vote each.

It should be automatically accepted that each one has one vote (your own vote) and then you start voting for others.
