Rich Piana Autopsy Results

I saw this a couple days ago and I am sorry I couldn't get it to you sooner. The results from Rich Piana's autopsy are really inconclusive in terms of the cause of death but the report does show the following.

An enlarged heart from “significant heart disease”
mild coronary atherosclerosis
fatty liver
congested thyroid
congested and discolored kidneys
ischemic brain tissue and brain swelling
ascites (accumulation of protein-containing fluid in the abdomen)

I was surprised by the death but this is even more surprising. I would be interested in the type of supplements he used to take.

Rich used to take all kinds of steroids and stuff. He was always honest about it. rip

The problem is there is no smoking gun, nothing specific they can directly point at and say "this is the cause". I suspect it is more that he used his body hard and it just gave out.
