His form on those cable rows is aweful, he is swinging his back way too far back, I guess its ok if you want to hit the upper part of the back but the row done properly should not look like that.

He has a big back.... but when Dave Plumbo exagerates he just goes so bloody overboard.... calling Roberts back biggest in sport is an insult to Jay and Kai...
