Both - no doubts. I don't see myself dieting hard at 70 y/o. That's huge hard work IMHO. Also he has great genetics.

Robby was always the guy in great shape year round and some say that hurt him on stage. People were so used to seeing him shredded that it wasn't a big shock between his offseason and contest shape.

It also takes a lot of discipline. He's way better looking than I ever will and I can accept that, but what amazes me is the fact that his androgen receptors are still working that good.

He is most likey taking some stuff to still come out shredded for that age. Good for him. Hopefuly we will seem him peeled and on stage at 80 .
