i watched this yeasterday, that was huge weight! Especialy for 6'5 one huge dude.

toney and ed nunn dont squat parallel
i hear a lot of tall people dont squat parallel cause the knee goes out too far

ideas?

I have to be honest, I don't like his squats. I realize he is tall, but I don't think that is an excuse to squat like that. I go heavy with squat partials to work my lockout movement and I get the same ROM. I understand he's not powerlifting, but I mean come on :doh: Maybe 315 or 405 isn't as impressive as what he's currently doing, but I think if he dropped the weight and improved his depth it would greatly benefit him. ATG squats have helped me tremendously, even rehabilitating my knee after injury. There's nothing like going DEEEEEEEP! :thumbsup2:
