He doesn't own it at all. There are alot of pros who come in because the owners used to compete. Victor Martinez was there one day and I saw several npc guys. The gym gets so crowded between 5-9 you can't move.

I used to go to lifetime fitness here, it was 86.45$ didn't even half 1/8th of the shit at this gym..
now i pay 32.50 something at my golds gym which is the size of my house. haha...ceilings leak water... holes in walls, cracked mirrors.
