All I know is that he needs to step out of Sibil's shadow or to stay with her but get her to agree for a "contest prep guru" for himself this year! Farah or Hany for contest prep & Sibil for off-season training! With his "Heath/Wheeleresk" round-belly muscles and super work ethic he should really be a lot A LOT more than what he is right now!

One thing is for sure, Roelly loses a LOT of muscle in most of his contest preps, that's a fact. Yeah, he came dialed in once or twice, but usuarlly he loses a lot of mass.
