I've noticed by watching his training vids, that he seems to do a lot of supersets and giant sets but also heavy movements like heavy benchpress or squat. That's something you keep alternating like some weeks heavy training other weeks more volume lighter weight supersets giant sets.?

or do you mainly do the giant sets and supersets pre contest?
