Ron Coleman: "I'm definitely not doing the Olympia"

After a year of speculation, Ronnie Coleman has announced that he will sit out the big show in September.

"I'm definitely not doing the Olympia," he stated in an e-mail to me.

Now the speculation begins if he will announce his retirement next. At 47 and three years removed from his last competition, it will not be a surprise if 'The King' in fact does hang up the posing trunks for good.

I think it would be silly for him to do it. He has 8 sandows and go out on top as he did, he has nothing to prove and his physique is not what it was once.

Seeing athletes from any sport make a come back and be a former shadower of themselves is not good. i would want to remeber Ronnie when he was dominant not being there just to make up numbers
