too bad the lighting was bad, if there was more contrast, you would notice how freaking amazing he looked. this is my favorite version of Big Ron, second favorite was 2003. I used to not like Ronnie Coleman and it took me some time to truly appreciate how incredible he was and i would like to thank the owner of metroflex for discovering him and leading him to what he has become. I know he does not look very good anymore but he will always be remembered as Arguably The Best. check it out.....

His insertions are superb in back and legs, but in arms and calves they're nothing special. Very short biceps, average triceps and high calves (very common with black people though).
His physique looked great nevertheless.
