He would never be as good as 5 years ago, but I'm starting to think he could get somewhere near his 2006 shape.

His lat really do look better but his left tri does not.

Anyway, I love Phil Heath also, but forget it, best arms ever are Ronnie Coleman's. In fact, I think Ronnie's right arm with.... 3,4,5 more months of training would still beat Heath's.
