Ronnie all the way, Flex looked great but in 98' and 99' Ronnie was jaw dropping with size and condition.

GOD I am soooo glad R&B is not in anymore, I HATE that shit.

All flex needed was a thicker chest and harder hamstrings and glutes and it might have been a different story.
