Two weeks out from the 2025 Mr. Olympia, Ryan Terry gives fans an inside look at exactly what he eats in a day while deep in prep. His meals are carefully structured for maximum performance, recovery, and stage conditioning.

Meal 1: Ryan starts with a powerhouse bowl of oats—120g oats, 20g almonds, zucchini (for added volume and fiber), 30g blueberries, and whey protein. This blend hits every macronutrient and keeps meals satisfying even while dieting.

Meal 2: Four rice cakes topped with a full avocado and four runny poached eggs. Ryan emphasizes healthy fats over excessive carbs this close to show day to keep his midsection tight.

Meal 3: A bodybuilding classic—250g lean bison, 200g rice, and 100g asparagus. He loves bison for its digestibility and nutrient density, especially when training in the U.S.

Meal 4: 200g chicken breast, 200g rice, 100g asparagus, plus half an avocado for added essential fats. By this point, he notes his metabolism has sped up, dropping weight faster than expected.

Meal 5: 200g salmon, rice, and asparagus. Salmon has been a staple for Ryan for years thanks to its slow-digesting protein and omega-3 content, making it perfect before bed.

Meal 6: A final “treat” meal of cream of rice with whey protein. This addition helps slow down his rapid weight drop while fueling a big leg day ahead.

Throughout the video, Ryan also shares his supplement timing—creatine, EAAs, and careful pre-workout use—as well as insights into how his body feels during the final grind of Olympia prep.

This behind-the-scenes look shows the precision and discipline required at the elite level of bodybuilding.
