I went on TRT and added a sarm cycle to the 100 mg of test I take every week. LGD, MK, Rad, and cardarine are in my stack. Last week, I had lab work done for my TRT clinic. My test score went down from 900 to 350. I kept the sarms a secret from them. Is it most likely that this is from them? Now that my cycle is over, I'm going back to test.

By "going back to test" should I assume you stopped taking it while taking the SARMs?

No I meant going back to test without the sarms

I don't see exactly why but the SARMs probably are the reason for such drop. Test again 2 months after you go back to normal TRT and everything should be back to normal.

No need for sarms if you’re taking test.
