It’s that time again guys. The North Myrtle Beach Aquatic and Fitness Center will be hosting in SPF South Carolina State Powerlifting and Bench Press Championships Saturday April, 19th.

The meet will be in the same great location but with twice the dead lift platforms and the same awesome lunch! Best light weight and heavy weight lifter in the raw and equipped division will win prize money. For more information email me or call my office line, you can also call Jessie for rules and payment information. Our meets have been filling up so get your entry’s in early and do not assume you can enter the morning of the meet.
