I like it. I take it with water. I've stayed with the Vanilla for a long time. They reformulated the favor about 6 months ago and now it resembles vanilla pudding. It's very good the price.

Thanx Cork , yeah the price tag it comes in that makes it good & i have just used one 5lb tub & results are good ,so i think i should continue
