xtend is an amazing supplement....probably my favorite.....
i take 2 scoops 15-20 mins before my workouts, and consume 6 additional scoops during my workout...regardless of workout... and sometimes have 2 scoops late at night if i feel like it.
thats what i would recommend, consume both before and during entire workout
