Hey guys, i trained shoulders for the first time in a while, workout went great. My serratus is a bit sore but my shoulders are definitely way more sore.
I think the problem was moving my shoulder blades up and down while doing the movement. My ROM was always good and i controlled the weight decently but i wasnt tucking in my shoulder blades back.
