Well thanks for sharing this. It is always a little extra motivation when you see people with near perfect bodies to get into the gym and start working out. I can see using this like @GenevB and getting a little testosterone boost before doing some lifting. Although I hope nobody is spending too much time on this sort of testosterone build up, because you might just end up wearing yourself out if you are not careful.
