I saw some guy wearing a bandana and shades in the gym and thought to myself "Hmm, he looks just like Shawn Ray." Apparently it was because a bud I have said hi to at the gyms knew Shawn. I nodded to Shawn a couple times. Kinda cool to have a legend only a few feet away from me. I was going to come up to him and say something but "Hi, Mr. Ray. I'm a fan of yours. It is an honor to meet you" seemed to cliche. I think I will be seeing more of Shawn over the next few months.

I hope to see him more in there. It can be really motivating to see him workout. Hopefully I can get back into lifting more consistently seeing him there.
