show me the steak!

Does anybody know if theres an alternative name for round cuts of beef in the UK? I ask this because the local supermarkets don't actually seem to indicate what cuts they are, apart from the obvious sirloin. All the packaging reads is stuff like fillet, or lean beef. Any ideas? Also is it just me or is the stuff damn expensive?! Wondering if there are any cheaper cuts there low in fat. Thanks

eat it all!!!!!!!!!, idk i like steak and all but i cant afford to be eating that all the time, so i just stick to chicken if i were you id try different ones, cause some steaks (idk the names) are too hard to chew and i hate that just try some out and see what you like best, i hope this helps.
