Sim card for blackberry pearl?

bought a blackberry pearl, t-mobile phone from the overnight manager at work.
since he got a new phone..
i was wondering where can i buy a sim card at? and what should i do when i get one?, im new to this, since my sprint phone does not use sim card(s).

Your local supermarket or shopping center that retails phones etc

you can buy a pre-paid sim card which can be whatever amount you want, and when the credit runs out you just dail the number on the recharge voucher number and put in the serial code for the new amount of credit

do you want to keep using the sprint service? You will have to have someone program the SIM for sprint service. Also, you need to make sure that the blackberry pearl isn't locked to just t-mobile sim. If it is, you will need to unlock it.

I never really had a blackberry so not 100% sure but thats how it has been with my HTC's and Iphone.

also found out i have to get another blackberry to use with sprint service, im gonna sell this one i got for 35$
