The other day i was checking out my FB, which its something i rarely do and by "rarely" i mean once every six months, i have two accounts one is full of mecca boys and the other one is full of whores (actually both are full of whores) and for some strange reason FB suggested to add Jorn as friend, im almost sure it was him, Jorn Trommele (sp?) i was like WTF?? we have no common friends, his profile pic is his muscular self sitting in front of a window staring at the horizon....very Jornt.

Speaking of JornT: he arranged a training routine for me back in BBD, it was the first routine that i did that followed 2xWeek and incorporated planned rest/deload. I've been doing those two things ever since so thank you skinny dancer, I can pull like 5 times your BW now in part thank to your advice.
