Australia is just a victim of no depth from having a small soccer playing population.Injuries hurt us more then any other top 20 side. If we play our best squad we will do our ranking justice and play better. Its no fluke Australia(#20) is ranked better then the Swisse(#24) the side that just beat number 2 in the world (whom if australia was at 100% would beat 3-0 at least) Its because us with Kewell, Cahill in the same side are giant killers. GIANT KILLERS. Ghana has no chance. Unless they hack like Germany.

Fucking hell your a homo, I mean I wont hate you outside this thread, But your seriously gay in a way I am not attracted to. Why did you have to add the "even if they played Australia" like beating Australia was an easy thing to do. Lets look at the facts.


1) 11 people ever in the history of Australia play soccer, if even one gets injured we have to ring in a rugby player or Olympic swimmer, farmer or Publican to fill the gap. Which was the case against Germany with a side so obviously lacking the pride of the nation Harry Kewell. Still even with only 11 genuine soccer players we are not easy beats by any means. Even without Harry,Cahill and most of our European,Asian based players etc for most of games in the last 4 years we are still Ranked #20 in the world.

2) Germany are the only country in the world cup to practice and play matches with this ball for the last 4 months. No wonder they were the only side who didn't over-hit longballs, free kicks and corners. They would of beat anyone 4-0 and Probably would of beat Spain 6-0.

3) Referees are consistently out to fuck Australia over. We are generally tougher then every other nation in the world(in any sport) and because we can take it we tend to play rougher. This became apparent with our physicality in the last world cup.However, As Consequence, Every fucking referee in soccer has a vendetta against Australia because we are tough and "supposedly" rough so they blow their whistles even when we are innocent and give cards and penalties against Australians for non events. I.e penalty inside box when Italy player took a dive at round of 16 last world cup(they needed to fake a dive to beat us and then went on to win the world cup, if they didn't fake that dive they would of lost), and the abysmal dismissal of Tim Cahill against Germany in our first game this world cup.

4) I was going to root for England if Australia got knocked out. Since we have the whole mother son relationship going on, but since your gay Lance, If Australia outs, Im all for the Dutch or maybe Portugal. lololol

Hey listen, I put that because I knew that people would say "well germany only played good because they were playing Australia". That wasn't my point.

Point was, how they was with the ball, control, shooting etc.

Everyones complaining about the ball but they did alright with it. But maybe its because they had 6 months of practice with it lol
