I'm trying to find time to donate and get blood work.

Then I plan on just some
Test
Master e
Maybe some
Anadrol or tbol
Nothing crazy anymore maybe some npp or deca but lower dose then normal.

Yeah at 57 I’m changing things up as well. I don’t do trt or donate blood through my doctor anymore. I do it myself. I like the idea of mast with trt but have to watch Lipids since it’s a dht derivative but low dose isn’t bad. I just want to look and feel good at this age, strength isn’t a goal and I’ll never be huge with my genetics.

Did your doctor ever test your psa level? Mine won’t prescribe testosterone because my psa is high. It’s in the normal range but high normal.

I gained a pound I'm 230 but I feel like I have lost fat but I can see the water already.

Gonna have to stay focused on staying away from salty food.

Today was d back and traps but I have not hit any thing yet. Here is some cold start picks from yesterday.

So far I have managed to lose some fat and get some grains.
I have also had gains this run with no re caps from my injury form before. So I am hoping that issue is done.
I am happy I picked deca this run I am getting great gains in areas I lost strength from the injury.

Today I will do some arms and eat as clean as possible.

My doctor found out I was doing self trt from the psychiatrist and she had me ultra sounded on all my organs. I had some crystals on my liver or kidneys but they said it was most likely from my taking nac and milk thistle. No cancer issues they also took blood and poop swab.

They have not contacted me sense

No they said there normal. They can grow into cancer in the future but I wouldn't say from the juice. She made it seem like they were from the nac but I googled it
