As someone who's mentally ill I have a concern for people using dirty test it makes you mentally ill it causes problems and health problems.
A really good friend told me you should use a calcium compound. It works real well. I'm not into chems myself I don't do it, I'm into the science. I'm better off using zma and mild prohormones.
