So basically they're saying the nutrients they tested haven't proved themselves enough during these studies to warrant taking them specifically for muscle building/recovery alone?
^^ Pretty much. The recovery aspect especially is in doubt, which makes sense because that is down to more than just one powder or pill.
It is important to remember they have been testing these products in isolation. Although the message I wanted to get out there is that the supposed science that the supplement companies use for marketing doesn't stack up. Be vary wary of just how much $$ you spend on this stuff when you could be buying better quality or more whole foods.
