Is there anybody here who is into surfing? I am just curious and want to ask if they are not scared of the big waves. There was a time that I was in the province of Zambales where the waves are good for surfing. As I walked from the shore and the water was knee-deep, there came a big wave that pushed me back ashore. It was scary because I had lost my balance and felt that the tide could kill me. You can guess that I did not pursue my notion to try surfing. In fact, I had no surfboard yet at that time.

I think if you are into surfing then you actually look forward to big waves otherwise surfing is pointless.

I don't surf well I haven't so far, but I wouldn't mind trying it out as I am not scared of big waves.
