Tennis elbow

My nephew who now works in Dubai, UAE had messaged me about his tennis elbow. He had been playing tennis since he was 10 and until now that he is past 30, he still plays on weekends. But he said that his tennis elbow is bothering him especially during the cold season. My advice is to apply hot compress on the elbow to deaden the pain. Do you think that tennis elbow is aggravated by the cold weather.

Tennis elbow appears usually due to poor technique. So, correcting technique might help, but also a protection for the elbow. I am suffering from that too for sometime now.
