One thing I've noticed is that a lot of people seem to throw multiple compounds into their very first cycle. I prefer taking a more patient approach—doing my research, dialing in my diet, and making sure my training is on point before adding anything else.
Personally, I think if your training, nutrition, and bloodwork are in a good place, a simple test-only cycle can produce excellent results. I've already seen some awesome progress.
I'm also running reta at a low cruise dose of 1 mg every 3 days. When I was taking it weekly, it seemed to kill my dopamine and motivation, so this dosing schedule has worked much better for me.
Another reason I'm keeping things simple is that I want a solid baseline for future cycles. It seems like a lot of people jump straight into test and tren, but I'd rather see exactly how my body responds to each compound.
For my next cycle, I'd be interested in running test and mast. Since I'm already dealing with hair loss, the potential impact on my hair isn't really a concern at this point.
