But I've not rested that much this weekend....I've helped a friends dad with "some" trees....it wasn't that many...just 10....

So it was a back and leg workout today aswell :keke:

I'm sitting and talking to a friend of mine. He is telling me he's going to bring his camera tomorrow..it seems like you guys will see my ugly face :D. And it's back day tomorrow.
I hope I can perform as I did the other days for you guys...

I did a 13 rep on 160kg and a 2 rep on 200kg today in deads:D

Todays session was back and triceps with some abs. Last week I did 160kg x 15..and I thought I would do it again. I stopped at 13 reps this time though, still good set IMO. I followed that set up 9 reps on 180kg and 2 and 1/4 rep on 200kg :D. I'm really satisfied with this session.

I just came home from the gym. I did legs and shoulders today.
And I descided to go heavy today..And I think I made some really good lifts today.

Legs

Leg extensions:

2x20 20kg

Smith Squat:

1x10 60kg
1x10 80kg
1x10 100kg
1x10 120kg

Half Smith Squat:

1x10 100kg
1x10 120kg
1x10 120kg

Legpress:

1x10 100kg
1x10 150kg
1x10 200kg
1x10 250kg
1x2 275kg (1 very forced rep)

Smith stiff-legged deadlift:

2x10 60kg
2x10 80kg

Leg extensions:
(With 1sec pause at the top)

Shoulders:


Rotator cuff thingy with dumbbells

The legstrength is coming back really good, I'm not far from the weights I used to work with :) And no discomfort no nothing :hsughr:
My traps was really stiff and sore today...I must have shrugged the weight a bit while doing the deads yesterday:D Other then that it felt really good all over.
