The Carpenters

Mecca V.I.P.
Dec 17, 2016
They were so popular in the 1970s with their hit songs For All We Know, Close To You and many more. The tandem of siblings Karen and Richard Carpenter was phenomenal in terms of hit songs and blockbuster albums. With Richard on the piano, Karen is doing the vocals that captured the hearts of listeners. It’s really sad that Karen had to leave us at a young age of 33 due to anorexia nervosa, a disease connected to eating disorder.

the carpenter was a really great band, even though i wans't born when they started to rise to fame but their song are still heard on the radios up to this day, and no matter what age you are.. you can still enjoy the music they made. their music is a great example of how music last even if the singer is not alive anymore, some music nowadays have no sense like this anymore, it is hard to find songs that will last a lifetime.
