^^ well put together tim. I searched for those same records and while i concede it's possible I find it more plaussible to be just another case of e-brag.
If I ever saw a teen benching 160Kg raw I for sure would suggest him to compete in powerlifting.

Of course it can be just jelously coming from and old, weak fatass.

there is a difference between my lift and the once on the stage, i DONT stop at the chest i just touch it and then i go stright up.

I was going to do powerlifting but my shoulder has been hurted for 2 years.

i dont really care if you guys dont belive me i had this discussion on another board and it pretty pointless because i cant prove it.

Of course you can prove it, it's called filming yourself. Many people on the boards have proved themself by showing a video of it.
Unless you're saying that's what you used to do and can't do it anymore.

Wilks is a lifting forumlae to compare lifters of differing bodyweights.

But don't worry you're world class, you don't need to worry about comparing to other bodyweights :bitelip:

I seriously douth that. my lift wasn?t near a accepted lift if i would have done it on a contest.

So wilks i some kind of ratio between BW and what you can lift in a excersise?

I have a few vids with a lot lighter weight ( more reps ) than the single on 160kg that i can try to post later today!

Added my last comp lift. I'd also like to add that I now know Rob Wilks (who created the Wilks formula) personally.
