press "print screen" button which should be located to the far right of ur keyboard next to Insert and Pause break, above your number pad area,

Open Paint and press Paste, crop out the section you need and click copy, then open new Paint and press paste and then save file as jpg file, then go to
www.tinypic.com and upload picture

and paste
