Hamstring glute sit backs utilizing the belt squat, I mentioned these in a previous post where I demonstrated the exercise using a bar in the mono-lift. When doing this variation with the belt squat make sure to reach all the back as far as possible when sitting on the box and push off from your heels. Give them a try!
