Philippine president Rodrigo Duterte demands $16 B from the US for the continuation of the Visiting Forces Agreement which is the joint military training for US and Philippines. The VFA was signed in 1998 as a friendly activity of the military forces of both nations. Now President Duterte is cancelling the agreement if the US will not pay $16 B for the Philippines to host the activity.
