I've gained 10 pounds of muscle, from the information I gathered here.. that pretty much sumes it up..

-there's people all around the world that you can relate so easy.

-we are always learning , even Tim..

- I've learned to respect people's opinions.

- A lot of people can laugh at the same time being in opposite parts of the world when Adam23 gets ban.

And I learned today that the plague locust life cycle can be determined with a very quick glance by several anatomical traits. Markings, check; wing formation, check; size of the little buggers, check; getting paid to worry about this stupid stuff when I have more important things to do, check.

What I've learned from here..hmm.. well there are a few things, such as training/diet tips, and most definitely, my english is better than it was 2 years ago lol.

I'd say that reading the posts of some of the most intelligent members here, were very helpfully for me improve my grammar, and my english vocabulary for that matter *coughlinecough* .
