Toronto's Garbage Strike

we are a month and a half into this strike and Toronto smells like complete ass...there are over 15 temporary dump sites that are out side hockey rinks and they are filled with 100s of tonnes of garbage in each spot and they need to open more sites...its getting unbearable the summer heat isn't helping either
