Just wondering what everyone uses for there training shoes...looking at buying a new pair and can't decide between the Nike Shox Turbo Mesh SI or Under Armour Proto Speed II

i use jordan shoes for all my workouts,i love them.for cardio i use nikeid cause of the ipod feature in the sole

I like Reebox or Saucony, but also a lot of the cheap running shoes will do as well. Some good shoes that they recommend for the gym are Puma Tazon 6, Asics Gel Flux 4, Reebox Royal Trainer XT, Asics Gel Flux 4 and Adidas Energy Cloud WTC.
