i broke/fractured my scaphoid which is in your wrist and also got a hairline fracture in my radius
i am in a cast from 3/4 of the way up my arm to where my fingers start except my thumb which is covered except for the tip and is seperated from my other 4 fingers
what i need to know is upperbody training i can do with this

maybe this machine, depending on how your cast is, if this hurts, and so on.

I wouldn't risk anything like machine bench presses or anything, the grip could interfere with the healing of the bones.

But, you could possibly also do this.

I'd also recommend training the other arm still... research has shown this to be effective for maintaining neuromuscular function (and it's beyond unlikely one arm will grow out of proportion to the other in a short time).

Bones healing is a good thing. It means you get to train more in the long run.

damm yh

kinda lucky compared to me atm i have my right leg all in cast because i broke my tibula and last night i fell over so had to have another op so back to day one and out of sports until like jan and feb next year so no lifting im so upset and in my pe gcse atm
