Marlon Moraes defeated Raphael Asuncao via submission in the 1st round. It was a guillotine that caused Asuncao to tap. Moraes improved his fight record to 22-5-1 while Asuncao suffered his 6th loss with 27 wins. Moraes is now looking at the prospect of facing champion TJ Dillashaw. Incidentally Dillashaw was defeated by flyweight champion Henry Cejudo via referee stoppage last month.
