In UFC fight night 161, rormer UFC strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk will face karate hottie Michelle Waterson in the octagon on October 13 at Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida. Joanna has 3 losses and 15 wins while Waterson has 6 losses and 17 wins.

At -350 favorite, forme UFC champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk was expected to make it a short fight but Michelle Waterson was one tough nut to crack. The fight lasted the full route of 5 rounds even if it was a one-sided contest. The unanimous decision win of Joanna may line her up for bigger fights and eventually another championship bout.
